What is the status of my order?

Whenever there is a change in the status of your order, you will receive a notification to the email address you provided when placing your order. If there are any changes to your order, we will email you.

How long is the delivery time of my order?

The lead time for each order is up to 2 business days. This means that we will ship your package up to 2 days after you place your order in our store. We will continuously send you notifications with the status of your order, and when the package is on its way - the tracking number.

Will a particular model still be available?

At the Super Trucker store, we make every effort to replenish the product range on an ongoing basis. The best way to check the availability of products is to follow our website, where we present all products. We invite you to regularly browse the Super Trucker offer.

Will there still be a particular size or color?

If your color or size is missing, click on the size you are interested in, then "Notify me of size availability", enter your email address in the box. We will notify you when your selected size is available. You can also contact our Customer Service.

What are the available payment and delivery methods?

In our store you can pay for your order with: PayU (bank transfer, credit card, BLIK), traditional transfer, PayPo - buy now or on delivery.

How to choose the right size?

Satisfaction of our customers is our priority. Therefore, all products are properly described. In the case of clothes, we have included a size chart. It is worth remembering that these are approximate values, as the dimensions and cut may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. If in doubt, please contact our Customer Service.

What can I do if the size turns out to be wrong?

We are committed to ensuring that the products we sell at Super Trucker truly serve the wearer. If a garment happens to be too small or too big, you always have two choices. You can contact our Customer Service and exchange the model for one in the correct size. You can also use the procedure for returning goods - you have 14 days to do so. What to do to return the products?

To exercise your right to return, you must send back the parcel with the products within 14 days to the address: Super Trucker, ul. Towarowa 12/106, 35-231 Rzeszów.

Attach the return form to the package. The money will be refunded within 14 days after the returned items reach our warehouse. The exact procedure for return can be found here.

What to do to exchange the product?

To exchange an item in the Super Trucker store is to make a return and place a new, independent order. Send the product back to us along with the return form. We will refund the funds for the order by wire transfer within 14 days. The new order, on the other hand, can be placed independently, without waiting for the return to be processed. How much time do I have to make a return?

Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. To meet the deadline, just send the items back within 14 days, as we take into account the date you send the package.

How to make a complaint?

To exercise your right of complaint, please send the advertised products to our warehouse. We will process the complaint up to 14 days after receiving it. After positive consideration you will receive another notification to your e-mail address. At the same time you will receive a refund to the account number from which the payment for the order was made or indicated on the complaint form. Has my package already arrived?

Customer Service receives information about the delivery of a package with a delay. To find out if the package has arrived, check the tracking number and contact the carrier where you shipped the package. Once the complaint has been processed you will receive a notification to your email address assigned to your order.
