Returns and complaints

  1. In the event of defects in the Goods, the Seller is liable to the Customer under the warranty for defects under the terms of Polish law in art. 556 - 576 KC.
  2. In order to consider the complaint of products, the Customer delivers the advertised products to the Seller:
    • if possible, with the proof of purchase attached to it, and a description of the defect, the date of its occurrence, as well as the Customer's request in this regard. The customer may use the complaint form available at this address.
    • at its own expense, and if the complaint turns out to be justified, the Store will reimburse the Customer for the shipping costs incurred.
  3. The Customer may submit complaints to the Seller in connection with the functioning of the Store and the use of Electronic Services.
  4. The seller will consider the complaint:
    1. regarding the Goods within 14 days of its receipt;
    2. regarding Electronic Services within 30 days of its receipt.
  5. In the event of deficiencies in the complaint, the Seller will immediately call the Customer to supplement it to the extent necessary, but not later than within 7 days from the date of receipt of the request by the Customer.
  6. Complaints should be directed to the Seller:
